How long will it take to design my order?
Orders take 12 weeks to stamp and assemble prior to shipping, but I try my best to ship it out sooner. During peak seasons (i.e. Mother's Day and Christmas), it may take longer due to the high volume of rush orders. Expedited shipping options are available for U.S. orders. Please note Charmies is only open Monday through Thursday.

What forms of payment do you accept?
All major credit cards and PayPal are accepted.

What does "stamping fill color" mean?
Most of the items on the website are black to help make the pieces stand out on the computer. However, many customers have requested not to fill in the text (Fill Color: None). This is becoming the more popular option now.

Yes! Look at the bottom of the page or click the link below.

Can I swap a pearl with a birthstone?
No problem! Just place the request in the Notes box.

Will the letters be perfectly aligned?
No, each and every character is stamped by hand; therefore, it will be nearly impossible to get the letters perfectly aligned. Some letters may be lighter or darker than others. This is what makes hand stamped jewelry so unique. No two pieces are the same. Variance is to be expected.

What are your shipping options?
All orders ship worldwide with FREE first-class shipping. Expedited shipping options are offered. Expedited orders are taken before first-class orders; however, sometimes there are several expedited orders and cannot get them out faster than the normal design time. Design time is up to 14 business days prior to shipment.

Priority (US) - $15 (2-3 shipping days AFTER design time) *not guaranteed by USPS
Express (US) - $30 (1-2 shipping days AFTER design time) *guaranteed by USPS

During high peak times, such as Mother's Day and Christmas, there is a large volume of rush orders so it will likely take a few days of design time. Please keep this in mind.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Shipping is worldwide AND free! I am unable to track international packages once they leave the studio. Charmies is not responsible for any duties/fees that may be charged by your country.

My item is a gift. Can you remove the invoice and add a gift message?
Yes! Just request that you would like the invoice removed and what you would like the gift message to read in the Notes section.

Do you stamp on the back of the necklaces?
Unless stated otherwise, hand stamping is only on one side of charm.

Can I just purchase the charm?
Almost all of our items have an option for a chain size. You can select "No Chain", if you would just like the charm. There is also a variety of charms on the pagesbelow.

My necklace is beginning to tarnish or losing it's color. What do I do?
Sterling silver will tarnish and your special piece may lose it's color. This can happen for various reasons...time, weather, etc. I do not recommend using liquid cleaners on your necklace. You can purchase a polishing cloth from our A La Carte page. It is recommended that you store your piece in an airtight bag.

I don't see what I am looking for. Can you design a custom order for me?
Yes! I love custom orders. Just send an email of what you are looking for. I'd love to design that special piece for you.
