How long will it take to design my order?

Orders take approximately two - ten business days (Mon - Fri) to stamp and assemble prior to shipping, but we try our best to ship it out sooner.  During our peak seasons (i.e. Mother's Day and Christmas), it may take longer.

We offer rush shipping, ranging from $20-30.  During peak seasons, we have a high volume of rush orders so please keep that in mind.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal and all major credit cards.

Do you have samples of the fonts and design stamps available?

Yes! Look at the top of the page and you will see a separate page for each of them.

Can I swap a pearl with a birthstone?

No problem! Just let us know in the Notes box.

Will the letters be perfectly aligned?

Each and every letter is stamped by hand; therefore, it will be nearly impossible to get the letters perfectly aligned.  Some letters may be lighter or darker than others. This is what makes hand stamped jewelry so unique.  No two pieces are the same.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free worldwide shipping.  We do offer expedited shipping options as well.

What are your expedited shipping options?

We take our expedited orders before first-class; however, sometimes we have many expedited orders and cannot get them out faster than the normal design time.  Design time is usually about ten business days prior to shipment.

Priority - $20 (2-3 shipping days AFTER design time) *not guaranteed

Express - $30 (1-2 shipping days AFTER design time) *guaranteed by USPS

**During high peak times, such as Mother's Day and Christmas, we have a large voulme of rush orders so it will likely take a few days of design time.  Please keep this in mind.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide AND for free!  We cannot track international packages once they leave our studio.  International packages usually take two to six weeks to arrive.  We are not responsible for any duties/fees that may be charged by your country.

My item is a gift. Can you remove the invoice and add a gift message?

Yes! Just let us know that you would like the invoice removed and what you would like the gift message to read.

Do you stamp on the back of the necklaces?

No. We only stamp on the front side of our necklaces.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You can go to the link above that says "Track Order" and you can see if it has shipped.  Please note that we do not offer tracking information for orders.

I never received a confirmation email. Did my order go through?

Confirmation emails are automatically sent when an order is placed.  Check your Spam folder because many times it is there. If you don't see it, just send us an email.

My necklace is beginning to tarnish. What do I do?

Sterling silver will tarnish. It is the nature of the beast. It can tarnish for various reasons...time, weather, etc. You can purchase a polishing cloth from our A La Carte page. 

I don't see what I am looking for. Can you design a custom order for me?

Yes! We love custom orders. Just send us an email and let us know what you are looking for. We'd love to design that special piece for you.
