Our Jewelry
Each and every order is made by hand so no pieces are identical. We truly hope you will cherish your keepsakes for a lifetime. Everything is done in our studio, including the website, the assembly and the shipping.
Payment
We accept PayPal and all major credit cards.
Shipping
All orders are stamped within 10 business days, sometimes sooner. During our peak seasons, like Mother's Day and Christmas, the shipping time frame may be longer. We offer expedited shipping services that are available at checkout.
All orders include free worldwide shipping. We are not responsible for lost packages, as it is out of our control once your package is at the post office. If you would like to add insurance, just send us an email.
Order Tracking
You can track your order by clicking the "Track Order" link above to see if your order has shipped. Please note we do not provide tracking # for packages.
Gift Certificates
We offer gift certificates via email, which will include a special code. Gift certificates can only be used one time so there will be no remaining balance. Only one gift certificate may be used per order. They do not have a cash value. All gift certificates expire on year from the date the gift certificate was e-mailed.
Coupons
From time to time, we offer special coupons during certain times. These coupons must be redeemed at the time the order is placed. Please be careful that you are entering the correct code (check the spacing!). If the correct code has been entered, the discount will be applied automatically. If you are not seeing the discount, either the coupon has expired or the incorrect code has been entered. We cannot credit you the discount at a later time. Coupons are not valid on previously placed orders.
Refunds & Exchanges
All of our products are designed by hand and are labor intensive. Due to the nature of our product, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. If an error was our fault (spelling or incorrect item received only), we will correct the mistake immediately. Please note that we reserve the right to judge our own quality, as we stand behind our products and believe that they are of high quality.
Cleaning of the jewelry
Necklace tarnishing? No problem. Just order a polishing cloth from our A La Carte page. Sterling silver is not meant to be cleaned by a jewelry cleaner. Only polish your jewelry with a polishing cloth meant for silver. If not, you run the risk of ruining your keepsake.
