What are your business hours?
A:
Business hours are Monday through Friday from 9 AM – 4 PM CST. However, our website is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The best way to reach me is via email.

How long will my order take?
A:
Most items ship within 4-5 business days; however, during peak times (i.e. holidays) it may take up to 10 business days. All orders are made as they are received. If you are in a rush, please send me an email. I will do my best to get your order out ASAP. Also, we offer expedited shipping services.
Q: Shipping Options
What shipping methods do you offer?
A:
At this time, I offer FREE USPS First Class Mail on all orders. I also offer two expedited shipping methods. I offer USPS Priority Mail for a flat-rate fee of $6, which takes approximately 3-5 days. I also offer USPS Express Mail for a flat-rate fee of $18, which takes approximately 2 business days. Please let me know the date you need your order by, to ensure your order is shipped as quickly as possible. Please keep in mind, that the time in which you place your order will also affect the day in which you received your order. If you need your order shipped out the same day, please select expedited shipping when checking out and email me to ensure that it can be arranged.

What payment options do you offer?

I accept PayPal and credit cards at this time. All major credit cards are accepted – Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. If you pay via PayPal, you do NOT need to have a PayPal account. If you wish to pay by check or money order, please email me first.

Do you design custom orders?

Of course! I love designing custom orders! Email me what you are looking for and I will see what I can do to create that special keepsake for you.
Q: Sturdy Jewelry
Is your jewelry sturdy enough for a child?
A:
Yes! All jewelry is designed to last. If a piece designed by me breaks, you can always return it for a small nominal fee. Please email me for specific instructions and fees regarding repairs.
Q: Sizing
How do I know what size to order?
A:
The best way to order the correct size is to measure the person's wrist and add about ˝ inch to find the size needed. If you do not have access to the person’s wrist, I suggest you visit the Sizing page. Please note that these are suggested sizes. If you order the wrong size, there is a small nominal fee.
Q: Returns
What is your return policy?
A:
I do not accept returns at this time due to the nature of the product. Every order is handmade at the time the order is placed. If you are dissatisfied with your product and wish to exchange it for another item of equal value, I will be happy to accommodate that within 14 days of the item being received.

Do you repair jewelry?

I will repair jewelry designed by me or another jewelry company.

Do you offer a wholesale program?

May I have the jewelry shipped to someone else other than myself?
A:
Yes! When checking out, please use the recipient’s shipping address and your billing address. All packages are shipped with a packing slip, so no amounts are ever shown.

Swarovski crystals are the industry's leading crystal because of their durability, color richness and sparkle. Unfortunately, they contain a small percentage of lead. If you purchase jewelry from Charmies, I ask that you make sure your child does not chew on the jewelry. Recently, the state of California issued strict laws (California Prop 65) regarding lead in children's jewelry. According to this law, Swarovski crystals contain lead, a chemical known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, and other reproductive harm.
