    Q: Jewelry Care and Packaging
    How do I care for my jewelry and keep it sparkling?

    A:
    Charmies Online jewelry is designed in a New Orleans studio and handcrafted by Tiffany Diaz. No items are mass-produced.

    Charmies Online polishing cloths are available online. All repairs should be handled through Charmies Online.

    To keep your Charmies Online jewelry in excellent condition, we recommend that you follow these instructions:

    Do:
    * Remove all jewelry prior to certain activities, including but not limited to, swimming, gardening, cleaning, heavy lifting, and applying cosmetics. Some of these activities include chemicals that may damage your jewelry.
    * Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place. Exposure to air, excessive humidity, moisture, light and pollutants will cause your jewelry to tarnish. Store pieces individually as sterling silver can scratch.
    *Store your pieces on a flat surface. Hanging your jewelry on a hook may cause the thread to stretch.
    * Have your pieces restrung periodically in order to avoid breakage.

    Do Not:
    * Do not use tarnish-removing dips or silver polishes because they may damage your jewelry.
    * Do not use lemon-scented brands of liquid soap.
    * Do not submerge your pearls in soapy water, as this will damage your thread.

Any information we collect is solely for the purpose of enhancing your shopping experience.

    When ordering from charmiesonline.com, you are connected to a secure server that uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) advanced encryption technology. Your credit card information is encrypted when it is transmitted to us and is stored in a secure environment. SSL makes it virtually impossible for unauthorized parties to read any of the information you send us via the secure server.     Why do the prices change occasionally?

    Due to fluctuations in the precious metals market, prices are subject to change without notice. We only use high quality materials. We only use Swarovski crystals, Sterling Silver (unless otherwise stated), semi-precious stones, etc. When you place an order with Charmies, you know you are getting a high quality product.

    What is your Return Policy?

    CharmiesOnline.com wants you to be completely satifsfied with your purchase. If there is a problem with your order, please notify me immediately. Most jewelry pieces are accepted for store credit or an even exchange (minus shipping), if returned in a saleable condition within 14 days of date of purchase. No returns or exchanges on personalized, custom, sale items, or worn pieces unless the error is the fault of CharmiesOnline.com. This includes, but is not limited to, the entire Hand Stamped Collection.

    Q: Shipping and Handling
    How much is shipping and handling?

    A:
    All orders are shipped for FREE in the continental United States.

    Most orders are shipped within three to seven business days (Monday – Friday) of receipt, based on availability of merchandise. Because our jewelry is hand-crafted, some pieces may require up to four to six weeks for delivery. Each design is shipped in a dainty organza bag with satin ribbons. Gift wrapping is available, if selected.

    * We do ship to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses.
    * Free shipping is within the continental United States only.
    * We are unable to accept or ship international orders.
    * All jewelry purchases are shipped via U.S.P.S. ground shipping with delivery confirmation. Insurance is optional to the buyer.
    * All jewelry purchases over $250 require a signature upon delivery.
    * Packages are picked up and delivered on business days only (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays).
    * Orders placed on the website after 12pm (CST) will be processed the following business day. Please note that all custom orders can take two weeks or longer.
    * If you need your item expedited, please send us an email.
    USPS Priority Mail (approximately 3-5 days) - $15
    USPS Express Mail (approximately 2 business days) - $25
    * If you need your item sooner, please email me and let me know to ensure your order is shipped as quickly as possible. Please keep in mind, that the time in which you place your order will also affect the day in which you received your order.

    Charmies Online is required by law to collect sales taxes on orders shipped to Louisiana addresses at 8.75%.

    What forms of payment do you accept?

    We currently accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, and American Express). When checking out, your credit card information will be on our secure server.

    We also accept PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay this way.

    As an added convenience, we also accept cash, checks, and post office money orders.

    Q: Jewelry Sizing
    Are your jewelry pieces available in any length or only in the lengths shown?

    A:
    Charmies Online designs all of their necklaces and bracelets with a certain length in mind. In most cases, when a design is altered, it will affect the way the design hangs around the body; therefore, we discourage altering the original design. However, we will be glad to alter the length to your wishes for any of our necklaces or bracelets, if we are able to. There will be additional fees associated with this special order and once altered the design becomes a final sale, non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Please email us for further details.

    The best way to order the correct size is to measure the person's wrist and add about an inch to find the size needed. If you do not have access to the person’s wrist, I suggest you visit the Sizing page. Please note that these are suggested sizes. If you order the wrong size, there is a small nominal fee.

    I cannot find a size that will fit my child. Can you adjust the size?

    A:
    Unfortunately, at the time, we do not make jewelry for children under the age of 13 years and under. All of our jewelry is based on adult sizes due to the CPSIA law. If you have any further questions, please feel free to email us.
