How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders take approximately one to two weeks to stamp, assemble and ship an order, though we try to ship them out sooner. During our busy seasons, such as Mother's Day and Christmas, orders may take longer due to the high volume of rush orders.

What does "stamping fill color" mean?

Most of the items on the website are black to help make the pieces stand out on the computer. However, many customers have requested not to fill in the text (Fill Color: None). This is becoming the more popular option now.

Will the letters be perfectly aligned?

No, each and every character is stamped by hand; therefore, it will be nearly impossible to get the letters perfectly aligned. Some letters may be lighter or darker than others. This is what makes hand stamped jewelry so unique. No two pieces are the same. Variance is to be expected.

Can I swap a pearl with a birthstone?

! Just place the request in the Notes box.

Do you stamp on the back of the necklaces?

Unless stated otherwise, hand stamping is only on one side of charm.

Can I just purchase the charm?

Almost all of our items have an option for a chain size. You can select "No Chain", if you would just like the charm. Click here for the available charms: Hand Stamped Charms

What are your shipping options?

All orders ship worldwide with FREE first-class shipping, unless an expedited shipping option is selected at checkout. It is important to note that expedited orders are taken prior to first-class orders.

First-Class (Worldwide) - FREE (US: usually 1-7 days AFTER design time. International: usually 1-4 weeks AFTER design time) *not guaranteed by USPS
(US) - $15 (2-3 shipping days AFTER design time) *not guaranteed by USPS
Express (US) - $30 (1-2 shipping days AFTER design time) *guaranteed by USPS

During high peak times, such as Mother's Day and Christmas, we have a large volume of rush orders, so it will likely take a few extra days of design time. Please keep this in mind.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Shipping is worldwide AND free! I am unable to track international packages once they leave the studio. Charmies is not responsible for any duties/fees that may be charged by your country.

I need a gift to be shipped ASAP. Can you help me?

Yes with one of our expedited shipping options being selected. This will allow your order to be moved to the front of the list of orders we currently have.

What forms of payment do you accept?

All major credit cards and PayPal are accepted.  

Why was my credit card charged prior to the order being shipped?

Due to the nature of our pieces being customized, your credit card will be charged immediately at the time the order is placed.

My item is a gift. Can you remove the invoice and add a gift message?

Yes! Just request that you would like the invoice removed and what you would like the gift message to read in the Notes section.

Can I exchange my necklace chain for a different size?

Yes! Please contact us by email within seven days of receiving your package delivery. You will be required to return the unworn chain in exchange for a new chain. For chain exchanges, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost to send the item back to us, as well as the shipping cost to send the item back to you. 

My necklace is beginning to tarnish. What do I do?

Sterling silver will naturally tarnish in time and your special piece may lose its color, especially under humid conditions. This can happen for various reasons...time, weather, etc. We do not recommend using liquid cleaners on your necklace.
You can purchase a polishing cloth from our A La Carte page. It is recommended that you store your piece in an airtight bag.

I don't see what I am looking for. Can you design a custom order for me?

Yes! We would love to assist you in designing the perfect piece! Just send an email of what you are looking for.
