Refund Policy

All products are designed by hand and are labor intensive. Due to the nature of our product, Charmies does not offer refunds or exchanges on personalized jewelry.  This includes single initial pieces and birthstone jewelry, as they are also made to order. However, if you are dissatisfied in any manner, please contact our studio by email within seven days of your package delivery and we will see what we can do to help you.

New, non-personalized pieces, which is defined as pieces that may be purchased without any hand stamped personalization or customization, may be returned within seven days of package delivery for either a store credit or refund to the original manner of payment. Return requests must be made by email within seven days of your package delivery. A valid RMA must be issued by Charmies. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost to send the item back to us.

If there is an error with your order that was created by Charmies, we are happy to correct the error.  If an error was our fault, we will correct the mistake as soon as possible. We must be notified within seven days of package delivery by email and the original piece must be returned, so that we may verify the error.

Please note that we reserve the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time.  We also reserve the right to judge our own quality.
